Survey Maker for Customer Feedback and Research

A survey maker is a tool for building questionnaires that people answer online. With Vonza Forms you start from a survey template, add rating, scale, matrix and ranking questions, share one link, and read every answer and drop-off in the same place.

What is a survey maker?

A survey maker lets you write questions, share them as a link or on your website, and collect the answers in one table instead of a pile of emails.

A customer feedback form is the most common kind: a short survey sent after a visit, a purchase, a course or an event, asking how it went and what to improve.

In Vonza, surveys are forms. You use the same builder, themes and logic as every other form, and the answers sit next to your contacts, emails and sales.

See where people leave, not just who answered

Every survey has its own Analytics page, over the last 7, 30 or 90 days.

  • Views, starts, completion rate and the average time to finish.
  • A funnel from opening the survey to sending it, and the page where most people leave.
  • Where people came from: direct, search engines, social, email, embedded on a site or other sites, and on which device.
  • How often each question is answered, so you can spot the one people skip.
  • Export responses to CSV or Excel, or download any single response as a PDF.

Everything a survey needs

Built into every Vonza form, so a survey is never a separate tool.

  • One question at a time

Each question gets its own screen with Enter to continue, and an optional welcome screen.

  • Logic that skips

Show or hide questions, skip to a later page, or end early on a different thank-you screen.

  • No name unless you ask

Leave out the name and email questions and responses arrive without them.

  • Pages and progress

Split a long survey into pages, with steps or a percentage at the top.

  • Respondents become contacts

Everyone who leaves an email becomes a contact in your CRM, tagged as you choose.

  • Statuses and notes

Mark each response New, In progress or Done and leave notes only your team sees.

  • CSV, Excel and PDF

Export every response, or a selection, and download any one of them as a PDF.

  • 30 languages

Offer a survey in up to 10 languages, translated with AI, with right-to-left text supported.

Questions about making surveys

Get answers to common questions here

A survey maker is a tool for writing questions, sharing them online and collecting the answers in one place. In Vonza, a survey is a form, so it uses the same builder, templates, logic and analytics as every other form.

Rating (stars, hearts or numbers), Linear scale, Slider, Matrix, Ranking, Picture choice, Multiple choice, Checkboxes, Dropdown, Yes / No, and short or long answers, along with more than 40 blocks in all.

You can ask the question. Add a Linear scale from 0 to 10, such as “How likely are you to recommend us to a friend?”; the Café feedback and Course evaluation templates start with one. Vonza does not work out an NPS score for you, so export the answers to CSV or Excel to calculate it.

Responses only carry a name or email if your survey asks for one. Leave those questions out, as the Employee pulse survey template does, and responses come in without them. The response still shows the device used and where the visitor came from.

Yes. Turn on One question at a time and each question gets its own screen, with Enter to continue and an optional welcome screen. Questions that take one tap move on by themselves.

Responses lists every answer, with filters and a search. Analytics shows views, starts, completion rate, average time, where people leave on each page, sources, devices and how often each question is answered. You can export to CSV or Excel at any time.

Every survey has its own link and QR code. Paste the link into an email or a message, print the QR code at the counter, or embed the survey on your website inline, as a popup or as a slide-in.

Yes. Pick up to 10 of 30 languages for a form and translate it with AI (it uses AI credits). Visitors see the language their browser prefers, or the one in the link, and right-to-left languages are supported.
