# Payment Forms and Online Order Forms > A payment form is an online form that takes the payment in the same step as the answers. With the new Vonza Forms, any form can sell tickets, orders, sessions or memberships, with add-ons, discount codes and shipping, paid by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or PayPal. ## What is a payment form? A payment form is a form that collects answers and a payment together. The buyer fills in what you need to know, such as a size, a date or a delivery address, then pays on the last step, and you get the order and the money in one response. An order form is a payment form built around products: a list of items with prices and quantities, delivery details, and a total that adds up as the buyer picks. Selling one product with nothing to ask? A checkout page is quicker for the buyer. A payment form is an online form that takes a payment along with the answers. The buyer fills in the details you need, then pays on the last step, and you receive the order and the payment together. ### What is the difference between a payment form and an order form? An order form is a kind of payment form built around products: items with prices and quantities, delivery details and a running total. A payment form can also take a single price, a subscription, a donation or an instalment plan. ### Which payment methods can buyers use? Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, Klarna through Stripe, and PayPal for one-time payments. Accounts that charge in Nigerian naira can also take payment through Paystack. Apple Pay and Google Pay show when the buyer’s browser supports them. ### Can a form take subscriptions or payment plans? Yes. A price can be a subscription that renews weekly, monthly or yearly until cancelled, a set number of recurring payments, or an instalment plan. Installment and Flexible prices are available on eligible plans. ### Can I add extras, discount codes or shipping? Yes. Add up to 5 add-ons next to the pay button, switch on a discount code box, and add shipping, a processing fee, a service charge or a tip, either always added or chosen by the buyer. ### How many prices can one form have? Up to 10, so a buyer can pick between options such as ticket types or session packages. A form can also be priced from the answers, using a product list, quantities or priced options. ### Can I pause or stop a customer’s recurring payment? Yes. Open the customer’s response to pause, resume or stop their recurring payments. This is not available for payments collected with Paystack. ### Where do I see what I have sold? Every payment form has a Sales tab with the buyer, items, amount and status of each sale, which you can export to CSV. Responses are also sorted into Paid, Awaiting payment and Payment failed. ### Do buyers get a receipt? Yes, when “Email a receipt after payment” is on. You can add a note to the receipt. A paid form needs an Email question, so every buyer can be sent one.
