Vonza AI suggests what to post next, and a weekly cadence schedules three posts in one click. ## Stories, polls and reactions in every feed The small, quick ways to take part are the ones members use most. Every Vonza community has them built in, for hosts and members alike. - **Stories that stay up for 24 hours**: Share a photo or a 15-second clip that stays up for 24 hours. Add text in one of four styles and a button to a web address or a space. Members can post their own stories when you allow it. - **Polls with a set voting window**: Hosts add 2 to 10 options and keep voting open for 1, 3, 7 or 14 days. Members can run polls with up to 6 options. Everyone sees the results after voting, and who voted for what. - **Four reactions, @mentions and #hashtags**: Members react with Like, Love, Haha or Wow, mention each other with @ and tag posts with up to 30 #hashtags. Comments take replies, reactions and up to 4 files. ## Everything that keeps a community talking Community engagement software is more than a feed. These are the tools around every post that bring members back. - **A composer for every kind of post**: Hosts add photos, video, files or a poll, go live, or draft the post with Write with AI. Members post with up to 4 photos or videos and polls of their own. - **Pinned and followed posts**: Pin a post to the top of the feed so nobody misses it. Follow a post to be notified about new comments. - **Scheduled posts**: Pick the date, time and time zone a post goes out. It waits under Scheduled until then, and you can change or delete it. - **Comment controls**: Hide comments from members or close comments on any post. Comments are one reply deep, so threads stay easy to follow. - **An announcement bar**: Put a headline, a short detail, a cover and a Learn more link at the top of the community. Community engagement tools are the features that give members easy reasons to take part and come back: stories, polls, reactions, mentions, announcements, scheduled posts, celebrations and email digests. In Vonza they are built into every community, so you do not need a separate app or plugin. ### How do stories work in a Vonza community? A story is a photo (up to 10 MB) or a video of up to 15 seconds that stays up for 24 hours. You can add text in the Classic, Bold, Neon or Type style, a button that opens a web address or a space, and choose whether the whole community or one space sees it. Members react with Love, Fire, Haha, Wow or Clap and can reply. Members can post their own stories when you turn on Members can post stories. ### How do polls work? Hosts add a poll from the composer with 2 to 10 options and keep voting open for 1, 3, 7 or 14 days. Members can add polls with 2 to 6 options to their own posts. Each member votes once, then sees the percentages, and anyone can open the list of who voted for each option. ### Which reactions can members use? Posts, comments and replies have four reactions: Like, Love, Haha and Wow. Each member has one reaction per post and can change it. Stories have their own five reactions: Love, Fire, Haha, Wow and Clap. ### Can Vonza AI suggest what to post? Yes. Post ideas in the composer has three tabs. For you uses Vonza AI to suggest posts from your spaces, recent posts and upcoming events, by goal (Welcome, Engagement, Feedback, Launch or Celebration); the same ideas stay free for 24 hours. The Prompts library has free starters. Cadence schedules Intro Monday, Question Wednesday and Win Friday in one click. AI credits are included on every plan, with top-ups available. ### Can I schedule and pin posts? Yes. Schedule a post for a date, time and time zone and it waits under Scheduled until it goes out. In each post’s settings you can pin it to the top of the feed, follow it for new comments, hide comments from members or close comments. ### How do members hear about new activity? Inside the community, an in-app bell lists activity with All, Unread, Community and Live tabs. By email, each member picks a community digest (daily, weekly or monthly), reminders of unread notifications (hourly, daily or weekly), chat message emails, and whether to hear about reactions to their posts and new posts from the hosts. There are no push notifications; the community works on any phone, in the browser. ### What does the announcement bar do? It shows a short headline and detail at the top of the community, with an optional cover image and a Learn more link.
