Any of the product events Vonza tracks: a user enrols into a course, bundle course or community, purchases a product, funnel or membership, schedules a meeting, fills a form, subscription form or lead page, completes a course, section or lesson, pays an invoice, signs a document, or is added to a list. ### What can an automation do? Add the person to a course, bundle course, community, degree or membership; add them to a CRM stage, step or label, or to a list; start an email sequence; send a newsletter; or gift a digital product. ### Can one automation have several steps? Yes. An automation holds one or more events, and each event has one trigger and as many actions as you need. Click the + icon to add another event, End Event when the event is complete, and Publish when the automation is ready. ### Is automation on every plan? Yes. Automation & Sequences is included on the Starter, Growth, Business and School plans. ### How do email sequences work? A sequence is a series of emails sent at an interval you set in days or hours, on the send days and at the time you choose. You can send the first email immediately, send the next email right after the previous one, and see subscriber and unsubscriber counts per sequence. ## Related pages - [Email Marketing](https://vonza.com/email-marketing): Create stunning emails and automate campaigns to nurture leads, engage subscribers, and boost conversions. - [SMS Marketing](https://vonza.com/vonza-sms-text-marketing): Schedule SMS reminders, offers, and customer follow-ups all hands-free. - [CRM](https://vonza.com/crm): Set up automated follow-ups, pipelines, and workflows to keep your prospects moving toward "Yes!" - [Sales Funnels](https://vonza.com/sales-funnel): A funnel purchase is a trigger; the follow-up emails are the actions. - [Online Forms](https://vonza.com/forms): A form fill is a trigger: add the lead to a list and start a sequence automatically.
